Ana María Jiménez Moreno

Ana María Jiménez Moreno received her Doctorate in Pharmacy in 1985. She is Tenured Lecturer of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Seville since 1987 and her research has been focused mainly in several fields of research including the analytical study of multiprotolytic systems with emphasis on the evaluation of overlapping acidity constants, the study of spectroscopy techniques such as chemiluminescence and XRF applied to the the fields of health, environment and cultural heritage, and the analysis and antioxidant capacity of anthocyanins pigments.
